Case Study – Helping a business grow by creating an online presence

Meet Andrew, not his real name for confidentiality purposes. Andrew had already been working with our team when he had started his own business as a chauffeur.

Once the website layout had been agreed, our team worked on ensuring the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) was as good as it could be to ensure the company was being ranked efficiently on search engines. Integrated other applications to assist with the booking process and created a professional website that had everything his potential clients could need.

Alongside the website, we created a social media strategy that would allow him to share reviews, showcase images of the cars, additional services he provides, and provide a way to engage directly with his customers.

The new website and social media presence have meant that it’s so much easier for his clients to make a booking and see what the company offers to make their journey a comfortable one. Andrew has somewhere to refer people who he meets during the business day and a professional online storefront that answers any questions people might have. Increasing the potential for increased business and making it easier for the company to be found online.
